Chicago Tribune:

Go Roma, a fast-casual Italian restaurant chain based in Northbrook, plans to expand outside the Chicago area next year through franchising, the company said Wednesday.

The company has hired P.J. Evans, a veteran of franchise development, to lead the expansion. Evans has worked at other fast-casual chains, including Panera Bread, Corner Bakery and Noodles & Company.

The company declined to name the markets it has targeted for expansion.
