Mad Mex Growth Continues With New Sydney Opening

Mexican franchise Mad Mex will open its sixth store in as many months next week, with the new Harbourside outlet in Sydney forming part of the business’ rapid growth strategy.

The new Mad Mex will open on 13 December and will be positioned at the Pyrmont Bridge entrance, opposite fellow food franchise and member of the ‘fast casual’ dining sector, Grill’d.

“The level three Fresh Food Precinct at the Pyrmont Bridge side of Harbourside Shopping Centre has historically under-delivered in range and quality, however the centre is now committed to a compelling offer, and has chosen Mad Mex to sit across from Grill’d Burgers,” said founder Clovis Young.
