Geneva-based multi-brand franchisee operator Global Franchise Architects is on an expansion drive in India.
It has set up its 82nd eatery, a Cream & Fudge outlet, and plans to add 18 more by March 2012 as it makes an entry into the eastern and northern regions.
The GFA, founded by Fread Mouawad, operates through a portfolio of food outlets — Coffee World, Pizza Corner, Cream & Fudge and The Donut Baker — in India, with most of its stores located in the South.
“The company recently appointed a master franchisee Gama for the eastern region, where the first store has been set up and we will also enter north India,” Mr Joseph Cherian, Chief Executive Officer of GFA Global, said.
