Sandwich-Shop Chain Expands Locally Via Franchisees

Twenty years of helping her husband run Domino’s Pizza franchise stores have led Theresa Brooks and two partners to open two Jersey Mike’s Subs franchises locally with plans to eventually add a third.

“Jersey Mike’s is a lot like Domino’s Pizza was back in the 1980s when we started,” Brooks said.

“The pizza business has gotten so competitive with so many franchises that I wanted to find something different,” she said.
