Roaring Fork To Add Seven Restaurants

A growing Milwaukee restaurant franchise is expecting big things in 2012.

Roaring Fork Restaurant Group, the state’s Qdoba Mexican Grill franchisee and the largest Qdoba franchisee in the nation, expects to open five to seven stores this year, including one in West Milwaukee and its first Iowa store. It will add more than 100 jobs, company leaders said.

“2012 is going to be an exciting year for the company,” Roaring Fork chief operating officer Ron Stokes said.
