Culligan Franchisee Moving To Spotsylvania

A Culligan water franchisee is moving its dealership office in Ashland to a 3,200-square-foot property at 10817 Courthouse Road in Spotsylvania County.

U.S. Water Company will now occupy the entire Courthouse Road property, said Michael Colangelo, who handled the lease for Johnson Realty Advisors. Local businessman Joe Wilson bought that property in December for $400,000.
