Olympic Cards Plans To Expand Its Presence

Based in Chennai for the last 50 years Olympic Cards Limited, manufacturers of paper/board based products is planning to increase its franchise presence by opening more franchised outlets. The new retail outlets shall operate under the brand name ‘Olympic’. Presently the brand has five franchise and six retail outlets and the company also operates through direct outlets at various places across Tamil Nadu.

The company also has plans to soon enter the capital markets with a public issue of up to Rs 27 crore for the funding of its proposed expansion plan. It had filed DRHP with Sebi for the purpose and has received Sebi nod. Ashika Capital Limited is the sole BRLM for the Issue.
